How to Use

Surface Preparation:

• Ensure surfaces are solid, clean, dry, and free of grease, dust, or contaminants.

• For optimal adhesion, clean surfaces with a suitable cleaner before application.

• Test adhesion before full application.

Application Instructions:

• Apply at temperatures between +5°C and +40°C.

• Cut the nozzle to the desired bead size and insert the cartridge into a sealant gun.

• Apply a continuous bead along the joint, ensuring even coverage.

• Smooth the joint using a finishing tool or soapy water before skin formation occurs.

• Allow the sealant to fully cure before exposing it to water.

Joint Dimensions Guide:

• Joints up to 10mm wide: Maintain a 1:1 depth-to-width ratio, with a minimum of 5mm width and depth.

• Joints wider than 10mm: Depth should be one-third of the width, plus 6mm.

Cleaning Up:

• Uncured silicone can be cleaned with soap and water.

• Cured silicone must be removed mechanically.

• Hands and tools can be cleaned with special wipes.
