- If it is thne same fitting, in most cases its a simple job to substitute the new Tap Head for the existing one.
- Just remove the cap insert and securing screw and lift off the tap head.
- Replace the old with the new by reversing the procedure.
- However, should you find that the threaded hole in the valve body differs from that of this new Tap Head, or the spindle is not round and splined, you may need to purchase the Easi Plumb Replacement Tap Head Kit. That kit includes bushings and spacers normally required when changing taps on very old BS1010 type taps.
