Isoflex High Performance Liquid Rubber - Black 2.1L

• A high performance elastomeric urethane coating, specially formulated to provide maximum protection for virtually all roofing surfaces.
• Unlike tradional bitumen based products Isoflex Liquid Rubber does not become brittle with age or exposure.
• Its flexible formula (with an elasticity of up to 300%) will not crack, perish or peel and will be unaffected by most roof movement.
• Isoflex cures to form a robust, seamless membrane that adheres with remarkable strength to virtually all roofing surfaces providing they have been correctly prepared.

Where can it be used:

• Roofing felt, asphalt, slates, asbestos, tiles, concrete, brick, corrugated iron, lead, copper, wood and glass.
• It is ideal for a variety of repairs as well as refurbishing felt roofs without stripping.

Under what conditions can it be used:

• Surfaces must be sound, not loose and should not have been treated with stearate/silicone water repellants.
• Ensure adequate ventilation is maintained in roof voids.
• Isoflex is not suitable for contact with drinking water or water containing fish or plants.

Coverage:

• Not less than 1 litre per square metre.
• Note: more will be required on corrugated, rough and uneven surfaces such as embedded chippings, to obtain the required 1mm thickness.
• Note: As Isoflex Liquid Rubber reacts to the moisture in the air, once the tin is open curing will begin. Once opened the product will only remain usable for a few weeks.
