I have an old concrete floor that has pleasant signs of age, but I would like to waterproof it, could this sealant be enough? This is for a kitchen.

The Blackfriar Professional Water Based Floor Sealer - 5L is not suitable for use on it's own. It is designed for use under a floor paint.
Rustins Clear Polyurethane Satin Finish Floor Sealer 5L, would be more suitable for your requirements.
