I have received two of the same package. How should I return the second one?

You can return an item within 28 days of receipt. (Excluding cut-to-size products and mixed paint) We are unable to accept the return of hygienic products unless the manufacturers seal is still intact. This applies to products including Toilet seats, face masks and visors. Goods must be in original packaging, be unused/unopened and in re-sellable condition. (Excluding faulty/damaged items) https://www.lenehans.ie/knowledge-base/returns/ Please book returns through the An Post website so that parcels can be tracked, please do not send items back to the Capel St address https://www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Click-and-Post/Returns Please include your name, order number and reason for return in the package. Ensure that items are well packaged to avoid any damage in transit as damaged items may not be refunded. Once items have been received back to our warehouse and inspected a refund will be issued. The cost of return postage (max €7.00) will be deducted from your refund where applicable. (Excluding faulty/damaged items) Alternatively, you can return in person to our Click & Collect Centre in Arklow. Please include your name, order number and reason for return in the package. Once items have been received and inspected a refund will be issued.
