I want to order a Greenhouse, but I have a few questions around delivery and installation?
When you order a Greenhouse from Lenehans, the following happens:
Firstly, you will receive an automatic email from us, detailing your greenhouse order and your shipping address. As soon as this happens, your greenhouse is ordered from the manufacturer. We will then send you another email which will tell you when your Greenhouse is due to be delivered.
One week before this delivery we will contact you to confirm the date and if there will be someone in to receive the greenhouse. A couple of days before delivery the courier will call you to confirm the address and what time the delivery company expects to be at your address.
