Mini Exercise Bike
Due to its small size, it fits anywhere, it is ideal for sedentary workers, the elderly, and for rehabilitation after surgery. Thanks to its non-slip soles, it stays firmly in place so it cannot slip during training. The bicycle is equipped with a digital display, which shows the elapsed time, counts the distance traveled, the number of laps, and the estimated calorie burn.
Arm training:
1. Place the exercise bike in front of you on the floor or on a table.
2. Make sure both soles of the exercise bike rest firmly on the table.
3. Sit with your back straight in front of the device and hold the two pedals.
4. You can turn the pedal in both directions. Pay particular attention to correct, straight back posture.
Leg training:
1. Place the exercise bike in front of the chair or armchair. Put your feet on the pedals.
2. The bike should be at such a distance from the chair that when you bend one leg while cycling, the other leg is extended.
3. You can rotate the pedals in both directions.
