I don’t know how to charge the power kit it says connect it to the adapter but then I can’t charge it

For optimal performance, it’s recommended to charge the device fully before first use and then let the solar panel maintain the charge. If there are several days of rain or cloudy weather, you might need to charge it using an adapter.

I need to know how to charge the pestclear solar power kit not the repeller the solar power kit
