How to Use

Surface Preparation:

• Ensure the area is clean, dry, and free of grease, dust, or debris.

• For critical repairs, mechanically prepare the surface for better adhesion.

• Do not feather-edge – cut out the repair area to create a square edge with a minimum depth of 10mm.

• Dampen the surface before applying, but avoid standing water.

Mixing Instructions:

• Water Ratio: Add 0.6L of clean water per 5kg of mortar (approx. 12% water).

• Mix thoroughly until a smooth, workable consistency is achieved.

• Work quickly – the mix remains usable for only 10-15 minutes.

• Do not add extra water once the mix has begun to stiffen.

Application:

• Apply using a trowel or gloved hand, fully compacting the material.

• Layer thickness: Apply between 10mm to 75mm in one go.

• For deeper repairs, mix with 3-6mm clean stone chippings (max 1:1 ratio).

Cleaning Up:

• Wash tools immediately with warm water before the mix hardens.
