Prestige Smartplus Aluminium Pressure Cooker Gasket (57070)

• Spare pressure cooker gasket

For use with the following models:

• 5L Aluminium: 57052 / 57057
• 4.25L Coated Aluminium Curry Pan: 57053 / 57055

Fitting instructions:

• Remove old gasket from the underside of lid and discard.
• Clean and dry rim thoroughly before fitting the new gasket.
• Carefully insert the new gasket, ensure it is flat and completely fitted under the rim of the cover.
• Always check gasket's condition after each use ensuring it has not become hard or developed cracks.
• In normal use it will need replacing every 6-9 months.
• Frequent usage will necessitate earlier replacement.
• Old and worn gaskets will result in excess steam leaking, longer cooking times and possibly a 'boil dry' situation.
