With a non-toxic, low-odour, and non-yellowing formula, this varnish provides long-lasting resistance to water, spirits, and everyday wear and tear, making it ideal for high-traffic areas.

Surface Preparation:

• Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from wax, dust, or contaminants.

• Fill small cracks or nail holes with Rustins Wood Filler.

• Do not use knotting or sanding sealer, as these may interfere with adhesion.

• Bare wood may be dyed before varnishing using Rustins Wood Dye (other brands may be incompatible).

• If applying to power-floated concrete or dense stone, dilute the first coat 1:1 with water.

Application Instructions:

• Stir well before use – Do not shake the tin.

• Apply evenly using a synthetic brush or varnish roller, following the wood grain.

• For best results, apply 2-3 coats, allowing 2 hours drying time between coats.

• The varnish dries to a hard, durable, and transparent satin finish.

• Avoid heavy foot traffic until the varnish is fully cured.
