SYBASoil Premium Bonsai Compost Mix is a specially designed, high-quality growing medium for your bonsai trees. This peat-free mix ensures excellent aeration, drainage, and structural stability, essential for the delicate root systems of bonsai plants. Crafted from a blend of coco coir, worm castings, perlite, pumice, and lava gravel, this mix promotes healthy root growth and helps maintain the small size of bonsai trees, mimicking their natural, gritty, and well-draining soil habitat.

How to Use the Bonsai Soil Mix:

1. Prepare the Plant: Begin by removing the old soil from your bonsai plant. Gently squeeze the pot while holding it sideways to loosen the plant. Run the roots under lukewarm tap water to wash away any remaining soil.

2. Prune Dead Foliage: Use scissors to remove any dead leaves.

3. Prepare the Pot: Place a small layer of the SYBASoil Bonsai Mix at the bottom of the pot. Position your plant, ensuring the roots meet the plant’s base, just below the soil line.

4. Fill and Settle: Gradually add more soil around the plant, lightly patting it down. Ensure the soil is settled, then water thoroughly to help the roots settle in.
